3) Slowly touch the ground or the ankles of the feet as much as possible on both sides. Stay like this for 20 seconds and breathe normally.

5) Then slowly raise both the hands and touch the waist and slowly stand straight. Even if you do less time in the beginning, you should gradually increase the time up to 1 minute.

1) Lie straight on the side of a wall and lift both legs straight up towards the wall. The back , waist and head will be on the floor and the legs will be straight up along the two walls.

2) In this condition, a blanket or cushion under the waist and head will provide comfort.

3) Keep both the hands straight on both sides of the body and keep the toes of the feet taut. You should stay in this condition for 5 to 10 minutes.

4) Note that the two legs should not be folded in any way, the ankles should be kept together and the face should be kept straight upwards and normal breathing should be done.

3) Sabasan
